The property is nicely decorated and fairly clean, offers savoury breakfasts. The room is huge and tidy with great view. I liked outstandingly accommodating personnel that ensures guests have a wonderful stay. It offers great services. The pool area is nice.

The units are fabulous, generally clean with hardwood floors. the location is central, adjacent to Crowne Plaza, a mall, and the main underground to the airport. Nanshan is a district that deserves exploring.

Spacious room, quiet, comfortable bed and pillow. Breakfast is good - a wide choice of food. Excellent location - across the street park "window to the world" and metro station (direct line to the airport).

At a check-in they took a deposit of $100 per room. The shower cabin was not cleaned, which is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. The room price included breakfast, we came an hour before the end of breakfast, there was water flowing from the coffee machine, I could not get the staff to fill it, they nod and say "now we'll do everything" but the result is no. At 10.20 a.m. an employee comes up and says the restaurant is about to close. This is done very politely, but before, even in the simplest hotels, I have not encountered that the guests are not allowed to safely eat breakfast. We drove out in the morning before the restaurant opened, so we asked for breakfast with us. What we were given was like a pathetic meal: 3 small buns, a banana and yogurt, a bottle of water.

The attentive staff, top-rated hotel, reasonably priced breakfast, excellent and neat room with a comfy bed, and lively poolside bar made my stay here thoroughly enjoyable.

The breakfast is well priced with wide selections, has outstanding food. The rooms are well-appointed with a balcony overlooking the theme park and our experience is good!

Very spacious hotel. Large hall with armchairs, cafeteria with tables and sofas. Pleasant finish in warm marble tones. Distinguished porter. At the reception, the number of managers always exceeds the number of clients (indeed in the middle of January). There are 6 elevators working, so there are no problems with transportation to the room. Breakfast is varied, there are Chinese and European cuisine. There is plenty of room in the restaurant. In the evening visited an Italian restaurant on the 2nd floor. The dishes are quite edible, taking into account the Chinese specifics. A little surprised by the absence of visitors, perhaps not the season. The bar was working properly, poured "like a machine gun". The waiters rushed to the visitors at first sight. Anyway, it was a very decent business class. It's a little short on the suite, so it's not an option for those who like it more than money.

The room has a carpet on the floor. He accidentally dropped an item of clothing and was surprised to see a giant number of lint on it. I couldn't find any brushes. I had to do a manual trimming. The room was caught overlooking the pool. There were several hundred Chinese hanging out there in the evening, whether it was a New Year's corporate party or a wedding. When they got drunk and it happened very quickly, they started singing karaoke. I must have had a big nightmare only with a dentist of Soviet times with a drummer made on the Red Proletarian. Fortunately, they quickly got drunk and deflated. The Chinese managed in two hours, nothing to do with domestic drinking.

The room had wonderful pillows. The breakfast was savory with a variety of Asian foods, Chinese selections, and pastries. The property had a particularly good location. We loved the outstanding service provided. All staff members were helpful and attentive to guests.

It costs 10RMB to scan one page of document. It's rediculous. It costs them literally nothing and it should be part of the hotel services, like the pool.

Good services, good facilities (gym, restaurants, etc). Good staff. Big shopping-mall 3 mins walking distance (gifts for the family).

Bed was too hard. Room was big, but carpet was very dirty (stains). A lot of noise from the street.

Great location near OCT and Shekou Port. Excellent service and attentive staff. Beautiful interior and comfortable rooms. Amazing view from the room. Wonderful surprise birthday decorations and cake. Helpful assistance in organizing special events. Lovely ambiance and romantic atmosphere. Fabulous pool with indoor and outdoor options.
